The training was easy, useful and informative. Though after listening to other trainers training course I felt there was still lot of aspects that could have been covered. The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The service team is very prompt and helpful in responding to and assisting with all sorts of queries.

The valuable time and effort given during the training session by Mr Shashi Prakash was helping me to deepen my understanding and be conclusive that I will follow the learning until become a certified black belt. I want to assure my trainer that my field of construction engineering will positively change because of my knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma. Michelle was a great counsellor throughout my training period, giving her time to make sure I keep on track and stay informed all the time. I appreciate such industrious personality with high level of professionalism. The IMC service team remains a top-notch in the provision of quality service to the customer/trainees.

The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.

Trainer discussed and explained well all matters regarding Six Sigma Green Belt. Counsellor provided utmost assistance all throughout the course of my enrollment up to my final assessment. Thus Counselor is at great help at all times.
