The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject. A wonderful teacher par excellence and the support from the team to coordinate and prepare for the exam is commendable as well. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari. Through every step, she has guided me correctly. Such a lot of patience she had with me and a great motivator whenever I felt I could not do it.
