I had recently enrolled for Lean Six Sigma course at IMC. It was really an amazing professional learning experience . The trainer Akther Khan way of teaching was excellent and the examples/exercises she gave us were really helpful in understanding each and every topic of the curriculum. The course content got well covered and she demonstrated the concepts very well. Thanks for such informative and concept-clearing training sessions. And the counsellor Dhanush Aji was extremely helpful and coordinated very well. He handled all the formalities very smoothly. Thank you! I did my LSSBB training with IMC. The course material provided is very informative and exhaustive. It was precise, relevant and organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash carries an in-depth knowledge of the subject. He made sure that the concept was well understood by the participants. The online sessions were very engaging wherein the trainer clarified any sort of doubts without rushing through the topics. Overall an amazing course. Mr Gaurav Bhardwaj, my counsellor gave a deep insight into the prerequisites and advantages of doing a LSSBB certification from IMC. He explained in detail the methodology adopted by IMC to impart such training. Besides, he was always available to guide in the right direction. The service team was apt in providing the technical support of uploading the course material and sharing the link for the same.

Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Thank you Service Team for promptly addressing my concern and even giving me a call to resolve my issue. You guys are so proactive!

Trainer Mr. Shashi is very good at imparting requisite knowledge related to this course. He has profound knowledge and also makes things pretty simple. He has been very helpful and has always been there to support me whenever required even during odd hours and holidays. Fantastic support. Supported seamless execution.

I am quite satisfied with the way of Teaching with full of detail and reply of student's concerns in during sessions and on whats app any time. Counselor is Excellent, She has been following up from start to end to her costumer regarding fee structure, session time and other issues arrangements, course content related issues etc.
