The Green Belt modules and lectures from IMC are great and articulate. The opportunity to have different trainers for e-learning made the course understandable and clear. Thank you also to IMC for giving an opportunity to attend complementary classes which is also an effective mode of teaching other than e-learning. With this, I was given a chance to interact with the trainer and co-trainees and paved the way to ask questions. PMP virtual classes were clear, structured, very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step, very easy to understand. Support experience for the PMP training was great. Vaibhav who always made himself available whenever we need him. Promptly answered all our questions, made himself available even on his "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all the help. The program has all the details to equip one with the basic foundational elements of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. The trainer has mastery of the course and teaches with professionalism and experience. He has too much examples to bring the literature to the real world and for this, i am confident that i have the basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodologies. Very supportive in providing the needed advise to students. I have been able to make some good decisions about LSS based on their expert advice. Service team too is great. They will respond to any query at any team.
