The trainings and materials provided by IMC Institute are highly relevant and complete. I enjoyed listening to the Trainers' lectures and discussion among the class. They provided a comprehensive and interactive approach to learning. Also the self-paced program was really helpful for employees who are busy with their day job like me. The counsellor is very accommodating and gracious with giving advice. I highly recommend IMC Institute for its great service and representatives.

The e-learning mode of training is very convenient, and very cost effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. IMC's program is the fastest and easiest way to be certified in Lean six Sigma. The Master Black Belt Program has helped me become more adept in the methodologies of and the tools for lean six sigma; and I am now more confident in doing projects that would surely help my clients in ensuring that they maximize resources; prevent and control losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. I am also now confident in teaching and mentoring people new to the art and science of Lean six Sigma. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.

Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Thank you Service Team for promptly addressing my concern and even giving me a call to resolve my issue. You guys are so proactive!

Overall, I found the course to be informative and engaging, and I appreciated the effort you put into making the material accessible and interesting. Amina Sana dedication and commitment to helping me achieve my goals was truly appreciated, and I feel like I learned a great deal from your expertise and experience. Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable in LSS & his approach to imparting knowledge is helpful in grasping the imparted information, He answers every question almost immediately & patiently. Ms. Surbhi was very helpful throughout, she is very patient and reverts almost immediately to any queries.

Thank you for a great course. The counsellor has been wonderful, she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. I am so happy that I found out about it, I feel it has really changed me.
