The quality of the program is 5 over 5 for me. It met my training needs in the subject area. The information given by the trainer directly relates to my current work. The counsellor helps me to enhance my skill in the subject area by giving quality training. The assistance given by the Service Team is superb. They will constantly check your progress and will offer assistance if needed.

The program is very interactive. Mr. Shashi is really a good teacher. Very entertaining to questions. Amina Sana has been really patient with me, guiding and answering my questions from the day I inquired up to this day that I am enrolled already. The course contains very practical notes on what is lean & six sigma and what are its principles. This course gives you a good overview of why six sigma is necessary. The team was always available to resolve all my doubts questions and requests. The course content, medium of instructions, and delivery make the concept very easy to understand.
