The Trainer is Excellent coach, explains well, he has good study materials on PPT and doc format, he has answered all our class questions and shows lot more live examples. Zeba is well experienced and Good in Mentoring students, faster in communication w.r.t proper link, guiding what to do when, without hassle. And the Service Team are very good, guided in all the way till certification.

Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The program was really good and I learned a lot. Although I am purely 100% online learning, the recording of lessons is really good and I really appreciate it.
