I love Mr. Shashi Parkash. Ms. Zeba Fatima was my Counsellor during LSSGB Course. Although I had been bothering her persistently for seeking advice, yet she listened to me carefully and provided me the necessary guidance, which helped me in knowing the process of login to the system, accessing to the study material and examination guide. The program is really great. After finishing the program, it adds more confidence in me in finishing projects with excellent quality; it helps me improve my ability to confidently discuss rather complex subjects, effectively solve problems and provide useful recommendations. The trainers are great too and very patient in explaining and discussing everything, bit by bit. The counsellors are very gratifying and cultured. Trainer (Mr. Shashi Prakash) is very humble, Knowledgeable and helpful. Program is well designed and organized. If you add one project in it then it will be more effective. Counsellor is more like a friend. She always responds very quickly and effectively. She is very clear about her job and knowledge.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course were very helpful to the advancement of my skills and knowledge as I pursue my leadership role on various levels. It provided me with increased theoretical knowledge and understanding of the various tools and techniques in improving processes in a more data-driven and scientific manner. The training pushed me to become more critical of data and on the need to constantly work for improvements.
