I really appreciate the time and effort to give us some examples and insights on how we can improve ourselves when we are now in the Industry using LSS. I can now use this knowledge in my current organization to help eliminate the possible errors and improve our process and system where user level can easily understand and identify all the risks via LSS. Very powerful session and the Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash explained everything in an easy way. Ms. Sampada explained and provide information with good study content. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience.
