The course was very detailed, i can easily study the topics on my own phasing. And the instructors are very accommodating and professional . Michelle Oronan is my counsellor. She never see at clock when we want to talk she is always there. Always encourage us to enhance our knowledge. I want to say her thank you for her efforts and support. The training was filled with a lot of information, which is very useful for me. Introduction to LSSYB was what I needed in order to pursue this personal development path. Examples from Shashi were easy to understand and eventually apply in real world situations. Ms. Rose was able to answer all of my questions which was why I enrolled in the Lean Six Sigma master class, although I have mainly learned the yellow belt course thru the shared video of the classes.
