Training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. All classes are being conducted as per schedule.Special thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash sir who has given everything to us in class room training as well as in telephonic mode .He has cleared all my doubts and queries when I approached to him virtually. Miss. Soumya verma she has guided me each and everything about my course.She has assisted me every time even after office hours and helped me out whenever i faced some problem while attending the classes. I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything. Most of the questions i have attempted were directly or inderectly been discussed during the class. 5 of 5 5 of 5....very helpful approachable and commendable. Mr. Shashi Prakash explains the LSSBB in easy way and I learn a lot. I hope to take Master black belt with him in future. Sofia and Michelle helped me a lot. they answered my emails and calls and do best to understand my problem. Part of my success because of them.

Trainer was very clear in her explanation of the content and how all the topics may be asked during the examination, I found that very helpful.

When I planned to take Six Sigma certification, I had a hard time choosing which school to apply for. I read a lot about online courses but a bit hesitant if it was worth it. When I inquired in IMC and talked to Ayisha, she helped me with the right program and timing to fit my work schedule. I liked how she understands my needs as a beginner student of LSSGB. I joined the virtual sessions aside from the self-study and the coach/instructor Sashi Prakash is really good.
