Very informative, often information is incomplete and hard to understand but helped get to the point/ goal. My counselor is Ms. Zeba, she is very helpful and patient, I may not have been able to pass because of this. I am very thankful! I recommend her fully.

The Trainer (PC) is an effective communicator who excels in interpersonal relationship. He always asks if we have questions or if there are things he have to clarify for us. The program was really good, I Mr Pankaj was great with him teaching method as well. But I wish we have some sort of slides even to keep aside to review especially when it comes to the theoretical parts. Ms.Surbhi has been a great support throughout the whole process.
