CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC. She had also made a follow-up regarding my status with the course, seeing to it that I will be able to finish it on time. Thanks, Rose for the assistance.

The program was great opportunity to learn and develop Skill. Trainer is expert in his field and able to explain on line. As the content is big in size, he was fast. Surbhi Tiwari is too cooperative and supportive. Michelle is nice and has a good time management.

Mr. Dabashish sir is the best in explaining the concepts. His way of teaching is too good and help to retain things for the longer time. Interaction sessions and revision of previous data study helped a lot to retain the concepts. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily.
