Trainer Mr. Debashish is providing a good understanding of concepts. Learning is easy & understandable. Mr. Viplav cleared all doubts very promptly & is a very responsible person. All clarities asked are resolved in a short time. Ms. Michelle is prompt in support & service response is very quick & good.

The Trainer is Excellent coach, explains well, he has good study materials on PPT and doc format, he has answered all our class questions and shows lot more live examples. Zeba is well experienced and Good in Mentoring students, faster in communication w.r.t proper link, guiding what to do when, without hassle. And the Service Team are very good, guided in all the way till certification.

The trainer was great and whatever he explained he explained in a very informative and detailed manner it was easy for me to learn too. Surbhi Tiwari is one of the most humble human i have came across, always response and always helps in times of need and very easy to contact too. She helps out in every way possible and i believe she is and will be a great asset to the IMC team. I was so grateful that I took this opportunity to enroll for LSSGB, because I'm able to understand more the importance of six sigma applications to all industries, the quality and customer satisfaction .
