Mr. Shashi Prakash was a very nice trainer with excellent knowledge and great in terms of teaching by using good examples to understand the courses. Counsellor Miss Sitara Khan is very much polite, supportive and helpful. I am satisfied with the team always responding and being helpful.

Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions. The program was designed excellently covering all the basics. Specially the trainer's notes are excellent. Mr. Shashi is an experienced trainer. The way he elaborates and communicates with the student explaining from zero level makes it easy for the student. Ms. Zeba was very supportive throughout the course. Honest to its commitment and course content. The quality of service was impeccable. Highly responsive to any issues. Determining to provide service even after the course expiry is highly appreciable.

I am and will forever be grateful for the opportunity given to me by IMC Institute. Learning in the time of pandemic and self-development is necessary for us to be trained and be exposed in applying six sigma methodology to eliminate defects and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of resources and attain maximum profits. This doesn't only help me in my role as an operations manager but will help me understand the world, its people, and everything else that exists.

The program was great, and most important trainer Mr. Shashi did a fabulous job in explaining the content. Vanshika was very supportive throughout my journey; I had a lot of questions and queries, but she was very cooperative and assisted me very patiently. She knows the art of convincing professionals to enroll in the IMC courses. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.
