Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. Not to mention, she always checks in and asks how my study and preparation is going, a couple of motivation and encouragement. You should give her a bonus for being such a good employee and a partner to your institution. I am planning to take PMP class soon and I would still love to have Hanisha assist me again. Really, she made my Green Belt certification extra fun and enjoyable. Kudos to her!!!!!!!
