It was very nice Program and Mr. Vijil is given nice guidance for me to pass this Six sigma yellow Belt exam and whenever i call he will response towards the call good manner for me. Michelle and Frixie was very nice in supporting for sending mail immediately for me.

I am really happy with my trainer Mr. Shashi. The written instructions and online videoes are great. The moulds and the retainer arrived quickly in the post. The Service Team were really supportive via email and zoom. I would highly recommend IMC!

Let me start by acknowledging - What a brilliant team this is. Right from the initial counselling session, to the program structure and of course the trainers. I have never seen a more organised team or program. The trainers are wonderfully knowledgeable in A to Z of Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement as the only way forward in the business world. Mr. Shashi is a great trainer. The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.

It was an excellent training session which has given greater learning in a short time. Ms. Akter has given excellent sessions with simple examples and it made us understand the concepts more easily. My counsellor was good. The service team of IMC is excellent and immediately available for any assistance. All the members of the team Ms. Frixie, Ms. Zainab.. are very swift in response and take extra steps to support. Will definitely recommend IMC to the known and will join for more courses in future.
