Mr. Shahi is very knowledgeable, and diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focus on the theoretical concepts, but also cited real-world examples to remember the significant points easily. Ms. Vai is very patient and professional. She is very accommodating when it comes to questions and clarifications regarding the program.

I did not opted for online classes however gone through the recordings and Mr Shashi has done a fantastic job in explaining each and everything. Most of the questions i have attempted were directly or inderectly been discussed during the class. 5 of 5 5 of 5....very helpful approachable and commendable. I was always skeptical about opting for six sigma, but thanks to IMC and their professional trainers learning six sigma was like a walk in the park. I was able to clear the exams without any hassle.
