I appreciate Michelle for always listening to my questions and making me feel comfortable even though it was my first time doing a certification. The program management and training team are very professional. Well professional educational counsellor I recently completed Lean Six Sigma Belts, and I had an excellent experience. The online program was informative, well-structured, and easy to follow. The instructors were knowledgeable and engaging, and I felt that I was able to take away a great deal of knowledge from the coursework. The resources provided were also very helpful in helping to understand the concepts and apply them in the workplace. Overall, Lean Six Sigma has given me a strong foundation in process improvement, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their business processes.

Very insightful and interactive. Presentations were interesting, good slides and videos that kept us all engaged. A real eye-opener for us all! Thank you IMC.
