The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.

IMC program was very much informative and interactive. Mr. Shashi is a very intelligent man. He made sure to go out of his way extend his hand to us. Example and application part were impressive.

The programme was excellent and Mr. Pankaj Chauhan processes good knowledge of six sigma and is good at explaining all subject matter in a good and precise manner and had given good examples to clear the queries during the session. Ms. Vanshika is excellent to explain the contents of the course and is very helpful at any stage till the completion of the exam.

The program was superb and everything is properly defined and provided by the institute. Mr. Shashi is the master and he knows how to deliver the thing fluently. Mr. Shashi is a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. He explained all the topics well and shared/provided different practical scenarios to be easily understood by the trainee. The six sigma training program is really a good investment considering the scope of learning it covers. All relevant information has been highlighted by the trainer ensuring the learners understands the topics. The theoretical approach of six sigma were covered in detail giving as well a balance on the hands-on approach on how the principles will be applied in our respective fields. Rose has been very helpful and answers promptly even on holidays and weekends. The tools and materials were given on time which makes the training hassle-free.

I can see real improvement of some factors attributed to my learning and additional professional skills acquired with IMC Learning program.
