A very good & knowledgeable Program was initiated by IMC and Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his valuable knowledge with us. During this six sigma black belt Master class, I have learned a lot about business related problem solving methods with specified analysis statically. I would like to thank Ms. Vanshika Bajaj as counsellor & Michelle as batch coordinator for being supportive and available all time for solving my queries. IMC is a well-designed platform for Six sigma. Ms. Vanshika Bajaj is an active counsellor associated with IMC institute, She is very supportive & available all the time to solve my queries. Outstanding program, with a nice curriculum definition and its awesome execution. Elaboration and detail of the topics in a great way to create the best understanding of the audience. Overall Awesome experience! Counsellor connectivity and response were found excellent and prompt. She resolved all the matters quickly, overall deliverance was found excellent. Excellent experience of all Service Team specifically the Counsellor and in teaching the trainers too.

I am highly thankful to the IMC for arranging such a great Trainer Mr. Shashi. I love him. I will always love to attend his class even after getting a Master belt certification. I hope IMC will always allow me to attend his class. Mr. Shahshi has not only command of the subject but also possesses excellent communication skills to transfer knowledge. I love him from the core of my heart. As far Counsellor is concerned, Miss Zeba was my counsellor. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. This is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enroll for the Master Black belt and TQM training in advance when I had yet to complete the Black Belt certification. She knows the art of convincing professionals to enroll in the IMC courses. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Everything was perfect. i really appreciate sofia, always available, responds quickly, patient. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and his customer care.

I think this is a great program to spread learning and make people professionally strong. Customer support is doing a good job in supporting us in every possible way. Something I really appreciate is the training procedure and I really admire the trainer, what a great way of teaching all the trainees. Looking forward for the black belt training. Thank you.
