I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future. Mr. Shashi went out of his way by way of providing examples and problems which are happening in the field or actual scenarios that will be helpful at work. He sets up an environment that facilitates discussion; one where everyone can share their opinion in order to encourage discussions with everyone. Michelle knows how to establish a comfortable inquiry environment, and sets clear answers to questions from us in order to encourage positive group interactions. Announces the structure of the lecture before starting the webinar so that every member can have the same expectations.

Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion much more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from. The service team is very approachable and has a sense of urgency. They explained the flow of the program very well.

The training includes both theoretical and technical, they will show you how it is done in real life work, also set example for each step. The trainer was able to discuss the topics in the master class in a Layman's Terms. Hoping to get Blackbelt once I am finished with the Master Class. Ms. Rose is very helpful with regard to your inquiries and problems. She was able to guide me throughout the different training sessions. The service team was able to provide us the tools and notes that we may need upon request. Keep up the good work.
