Black belt session gives in depth knowledge of Problem-solving by apply proper Statistical Analysis tools. Its mind-blowing experience. Still hungry mind set to make charts in Minitab, Mr. Debasish explained the concept of using Black belt tools in Minitab. Wonderful experience. Mr. Shashi explained the DOE experiment well and practical test in Mintab prove scientifically. The trainer was great and whatever he explained he explained in a very informative and detailed manner it was easy for me to learn too. Surbhi Tiwari is one of the most humble human i have came across, always response and always helps in times of need and very easy to contact too. She helps out in every way possible and i believe she is and will be a great asset to the IMC team. And the Service team is very quick and very cooperative in all the steps and simple through out the entire process.

Mr. Shashi has been extremely professional & explained all concepts in clear & simple manner. He was very approachable and paced his classes to the level of the absolute inexperienced candidates. The trainer provided some very concrete and easy-to-follow tools for evaluating the other person’s stake in the conflict and working toward a solution. & BTW Quality of the content was excellent. Mr. Punkaj was an excellent trainer. As bulky as the training materials were, the trainer presented them so simply and practicably. I learned a lot. A fantastic organization! The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma. The Counsellor is very knowledgeable and connects every topic to actual practice in the some businesses. The service team is very responsive they ensure to attend to my concerns.
