Faculty trainer is fabulous person and has complete knowledge about the subject and ensures that each individual gets an equal opportunity to participate and understand the subject, he makes the environment so interesting with his expertise that you feel like keep gaining the knowledge from him. Program: It is very nicely compiled course which is applicable for any business as a whole or even for individuals facing day to day issues during work. Trainer: Mr. Shashi himself has great knowledge about the subject. With simple examples during the classes subject became more interactive and interesting. Michelle supported me throughout the course. Service team has done a great job by compiling this latest and elaborate course and provided all recordings and other materials on time.

The program was really great, though it was held online but it is actually interactive and the full lectures including the recorded videos are shared by the training consultant. Zeba was very supportive and encouraged me to take the training. Glad to have met her. Michelle was very supportive and on-time to respond both in mail and whatsapp.

The trainer good and the length of the lecture was acceptable. The pacing of the lecture is great, especially for those who are just starting their careers with LSS methodology. Service team support is good. I had issues during Mock test enrollment with delayed approval to start. However, final assessment was opened immediately upon request.
