The program is comprehensive for those who want to learn about lean six sigma. Sufficient materials are provided for learning. The trainer is proficient and expert in training and teaching the program. Zeba is good communicator.

I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.

I have enjoyed and definitely learned a lot from the set of course program and the flow of each lessons being tackled by the trainers. I can't wait to apply all of the learnings I got from Lean Six Sigma to my actual responsibilities at my workplace. Rose is very very accommodating and answers my queries with clarity and confidence. The trainer was an excellent, patient and commendable trainer, good grip on knowledge, the perfect way of describing the content, the best part was the training methodology. Ms. Kritika was really supportive and when it comes to coordination she was best at it.

I am highly thankful to the IMC for arranging such a great Trainer Mr. Shashi. I love him. I will always love to attend his class even after getting a Master belt certification. I hope IMC will always allow me to attend his class. Mr. Shahshi has not only command of the subject but also possesses excellent communication skills to transfer knowledge. I love him from the core of my heart. As far Counsellor is concerned, Miss Zeba was my counsellor. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. This is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enroll for the Master Black belt and TQM training in advance when I had yet to complete the Black Belt certification. She knows the art of convincing professionals to enroll in the IMC courses. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.
