Lean Six Sigma training is really useful for us in fact it's a life changing and depth understanding program. Mr Shashi was a great teacher! Really kept us intrigued by the content and explained things in a way that was easy to digest. I think the overall delivery of the class was great with very relevant real life illustrations used to help bridge theory to reality so thank you team IMC for supporting!

Very informative and interactive training; placed emphasis on how to use concepts on real life examples. Gave confidence to participants by making them aware of the central concepts that are needed to make practical use of the lessons being taught. The program was well organized. The lectures, recordings, and other supplemental materials given by Mr. Shashi guided me in making the study experience easier. Kudos to Mr. Shashi for handling the class with composure. He patiently answer all the questions in the class and never hesitated to share all his knowledge. Rose was responsive and helpful.

Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

The program was very Good. The Counsellor had great expertise in Lean Six Sigma and carried a polite gesture through my journey in IMC. He had deep expertise in lean six sigma subjects. The service team provided great support!
