Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!

Mr. Shashi is a Great Mentor or Teacher for Six Sigma. i Already cleared LSSBB from other Institutions too, But Shashi Sir is out of the box person from all. What else I can say its great journey to be. Surbhi Tiwari is always Supportive and available to help. Michelle as it is, always supportive and available to help.

Abishek is a good trainer, very patient to explain on questions from students. Ayisha and Shaza are both very helpful and responds on a timely manner.

I would wholeheartedly thank Ms Vaibhavi for giving her full support during the process of the course she was very prompt and very quick to act when needed. The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.
