Mr.Sashi Prakash provides clear view on what is Lean Six Sigma all about which can be of great value when applied to work and daily life , was knowledgeable with Lean Six Sigma and he was excellent in delivering the material so we can understand clearly. The service team was very accommodating and responsive on any queries.

Trainer (Mr. Shashi Prakash) is very humble, Knowledgeable and helpful. Program is well designed and organized. If you add one project in it then it will be more effective. Counsellor is more like a friend. She always responds very quickly and effectively. She is very clear about her job and knowledge.

The program was well organized. The lectures, recordings, and other supplemental materials given by Mr. Shashi guided me in making the study experience easier. Kudos to Mr. Shashi for handling the class with composure. He patiently answer all the questions in the class and never hesitated to share all his knowledge. Rose was responsive and helpful.

The Yellow Belt Certification Program is an excellent program run by IMC. It gives the learner a view of what is Six Sigma all about and the way trainers present the program makes it even more easy to learn and grasp the six sigma fundamentals. Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!
