I Rahil Panchal, would like to take this opportunity to thank the IMC staff for keeping up with my LSSBB course during this time of a pandemic, the kind of hard work the lecturer (Mr. Shiven) putting into their virtual class really show how dedicated and inclined he is towards shaping a better knowledge in attendees head. I really would like to appreciate Ms. Kritika Yadav sweating hard to assisting with an inclusive response. Hence, I would conclude by saying a big thank you to the whole team.

The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

I thanks Ms. Akhter Jahan for valuable guidelines and explanation during the class and support in transforming information and delivering the knowledge of lean and Six Sigma. Trainer, Ms. Akther Jahan Khan was very innovative in sharing her knowledge with easy examples to make the concept easily understandable.
