The course was very comprehensive and the content was detailed with a good mix of theory and practical knowledge. The concepts were explained well by the trainer, and I like that I had the luxury to review Mr. Shashi's recordings in my own time. Very good Counsellor. I just want to give Zainab a shout out for being very accessible to address my questions and concerns.

The program is so much professional and interesting that I recommend it to every individual in nurturing their knowledge and building their success. The Trainer is very well-versed in the course and delivers the topics in the simplest manner by giving examples and illustrations. I have 2 trainers and both are really knowledgeable with Lean Six Sigma. I learned so many things from them that I can use in my profession. I am so grateful to them.

Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

Instructors shared significant experiences that would definitely be useful in actual practice: Rose was very helpful in my Lean Six Sigma journey with IMC. Right from the get-go, she provided timely and proper assistance. I would love to continue working on the Master Black Belt path with her as my counselor once more.
