The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Program was perfect but there should be some minitab lectures to teach how to use it. trainers were good. i have taken classes from two trainers abhishek and shashi sir, both were excellent. It was good experience.
