Mr. Lislal is very knowledgeable in the subject area and also accommodating to queries and clarifications. Ms. Rose, is easy to communicate with and very attentive to my concerns. The Service Team is good.

The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The training includes both theoretical and technical, they will show you how it is done in real life work, also set example for each step. The trainer was able to discuss the topics in the master class in a Layman's Terms. Hoping to get Blackbelt once I am finished with the Master Class. Ms. Rose is very helpful with regard to your inquiries and problems. She was able to guide me throughout the different training sessions.
