Mr. Shashi Prakash is excellent at his craft. I have enrolled in a self paced program but i can say the way he explained every phase of Lean Six Sigma will make me understand easier. I have sent him a message once on Linkedin and he's very responsive. I would love to watch his videos in my black belt soonest. I really appreciate Ms. Zeba for answering my questions. The program was very detailed and well thought through. The concepts we explained very well. It was a great learning experience. Mr. Shashi took the time to clarify all doubts and made the discussion seamless and easy. Thanks to him, I scored 92% in the first go.
